Really good stay in the heart of the city
central location cozy feel ample space
The hotel features a central location near the square. The hotel has a cozy feel with tasteful decor. My room was very comfortable with ample space. The hotel had personality, a great option for those tired of staying in big hotel chains that are always the same.
The main restaurant was closed , limiting dining options within the hotel.

My junior suite had a wide, comfortable bed and provided a choice of pillows. Good quality toiletries were available in the bathroom. The room included a minibar stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks.

The hotel is located on a beautiful street close to the main square. The old town is within walking distance. The position is convenient. There are several restaurants and shops nearby.

A good stay with some drawbacks

The bathroom included heated floors and double sinks. The front desk staff shared all the history of the hotel, and i found that very interesting. The location WAS ideal for exploring the old town.
the room did not include a coffee machine, just a plastic kettle. There was no turndown service provided. The walls seemed thin because i could hear noise from a party in the courtyard until midnight ONE night.

a romantic sanctuary
available staff spacious room
The staff were polite and always available. my room had great air conditioning. It was very effective. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options available. i particularly loved the spacious room, where i could relax and unwind after a day of exploration.
the hotel restaurant was hosting a party late one night. the music was loud and disrupted my sleep, disappointing.

I found a nice gym onsite. there was also a pool available. It looked very serene. the inner courtyard was pretty. I saw many fresh plants and beautiful exclusive design.

The breakfast was delicious! there was a wonderful variety of options. the hotel's restaurant offers an extraordinary dining experience. It seems like a gem of taste and sensation. the tavern is directly adjacent to the hotel too.

Really good service in central location

I found the staff very cute. The breakfast had a good selection. The brand selected for the bathroom amenities was lovely. In terms of pricing, the hotel seemed affordable given the level of service and facilities.
The room, while beautiful, seemed maybe a little warm, i possibly didn't use the air conditioning correctly.

helpful staff heated floors amazing macaroons
The reception staff arranged a trip to a nearby castle. i think that was very helpful. our room included heated bathroom floors. the cafe offered lovely macaroons. They were amazing!!!
the room facilities lacked a coffee machine.
